| The rewards you can expect The cleaning products you will use represent a small percentage cost on each job so, whilst not guaranteed, the potential profitability is high. Your customers will be paying for your time and recognising that you can produce amazing results and transform their dirty ovens. As a guide we charge customers from £40 to £85 for basic oven cleaning. We charge separately for cleaning hobs, extractors, microwaves and supplying replacement bulbs and filter papers. The price of these extra services can range from £5 to £20 or more on a cleaning job. These are guide prices and you will be able to adjust your prices to suit your area and circumstances. We choose to book up to four jobs a day - although we could easily do more. Each job takes on average one and a half hours, once you have gained experience. Based on our own experience, we believe you could earn up to £40,000 gross each year operating at this level. Our information pack gives further details on earnings for specific types of job and material costs. What you can earn will depend on your motivation, effort, circumstances and commitment to succeeding. The more you clean - the more you earn! But of course, the additional reward you can expect is the flexibility and potential you have through running your own business and being your own boss. We think this is worth a lot!
